Factory
You are buying from the line, not from a trading office
Non-woven opening, SAP core forming, lamination, cutting, folding and bagging — the whole chain runs inside our own plant. That is why we can hold a specification stable across shipments.
- Footprint: 20,000 m² in operation, plus a second plant of 47 mu (≈31,300 m²) under construction in the same zone.
- Vertical integration: we cast our own film, make our own non-woven and release paper, and print in-house — nothing is bought finished.
- History: making paper in Lanling since 2003 — one product line then, 28 lines and a second plant now. The JUNSHI brand was established in 2024.
- Team: 36 people — production, in-house QC and export documentation under one roof.
- In-house QC: absorbency, weight and peel-strength tested per batch, reports on request.
- Lead time: 7 days for samples, 15–25 days for bulk after artwork approval.
- Export: FOB / CIF / DDP, documents prepared in-house.
A note on the dates: the plant has been running since 2003. The company entity was registered in 2024, when we started our own brand — same yard, same crew, new name on the door.

Private label is what most of our customers do. We handle artwork, film, bag and carton — you handle the market.
ArtworkSend your logo and design in AI / PDF. We check print feasibility and suggest film material.
SamplePre-production sample in about 7 days, with your printing on the actual film.
Bulk15–25 days after approval, with in-line QC reports and shipment photos.
ShipFOB / CIF / DDP. We prepare documents and coordinate with your forwarder if needed.
